I know for my past couple of entries they've been kinda' dark. Really depressing stuff due to a lot of recent painful events. Because of those instances, I just have had no motivation, no gusto, no want to do anything but merely do what I had to do to get by and not get in any sort of trouble that would cause any more pain.
Basically, a life without risk or consequence.
No matter what, friends, NEVER EVER make your life so docile that you don't take risks. Risks not only make life a little more interesting, but they keep you from being stagnant. Stagnant is the worst way to be, trust me on this. Having your life stand so still accumulates a lot of scum and garbage within yourself and you tend to start believing the crap you pile on. consequences help you learn, too, you know? And if I've learned anything from my two decades on earth it's that I love to learn from consequences. It makes one tougher, stronger and smarter. Chance is something no one should take for granted.
So, from the suggestion of a friend (thanks Ellen!) I decided to branch out and take a risk to meet some people from my area. Since I started working at G*torland I literally lost like, a million friends and my self confidence so I really just needed something new to spark up my life a bit.
Then,
I'm no longer single!
I wanted to give my previous relationship a while to air out in order to be fair to anyone (and everyone involved) that I might become interested in. He happened to come along when I felt like my life was really reaching a pretty low point. He was there to comfort me as a friend in the beginning but now he just makes my life happier and keeps the good times rolling. The perfect gentleman of a guy so y'all don't need to worry either X3 Opens doors, buys the dinners, takes me out places- the works!
And that's pretty much it (Sorry if the journal seems a little sparatic- I've been glancing at the clock making sure I'm not about to miss work XD)
Thank you
love and howls galore
